This paper presents the design and development of a smart robotic arm for pick and place industrial applications. The developed robotic arm utilizes MG996R servomotors for precise movement and ESP32 microcontroller with bluetooth for seamless wireless control. In addition, the developed system is controlled through a user-friendly Android application developed by using the MIT App Inventor platform. The robotic arm moves in six degrees of freedom (DOF) (three translational and three rotational movements). The developed robotic arm has potential applications in pick and place industrial applications, material handling, industrial automation, and educational purposes and making it affordable and scalable.
