Cloud based Management Information Systems (MIS) are revolutionizing IT project governance and stakeholder engagement. They provide instantaneous data access, continuous communication and the means to make educated decisions, which solves the majority of the problems that used to be like a stubborn tagalong to project management. The current research deciphers the significance of MIS in cloud nature in upgrading governance and thereby extending scalable and flexible benefits of designing mechanism that fits the changing demands of IT projects. The study uses a detailed examination of case studies and survey data to show how these systems rationalize activities like risk management, resource management and performance review. The results indicate substantial gains in project transparency, accountability and stakeholder participation.
