Final Reflections
摘要
Given the discussions made throughout this book, it is clear that inequality is at the heart of the climate change debate. Although climate change affects all countries and individuals worldwide, unfortunately, those who have contributed least to the triple planetary crisis are also the most affected, therefore, requiring an analysis from the perspective of human rights and intersectionality. The reflections presented in this chapter aim to provide an overview of the topics discussed in this book, demonstrating how each topic relates to the others and how human rights are directly and intimately linked to the enjoyment of a healthy environment. Hence, the aim is to synthesize each of the contributions, bringing a critical perspective and highlighting the importance of climate litigation at the international, regional, and national levels.
