As EVs become more popular, effective battery management is necessary to guarantee their performance, longevity, and safety. In order to improve EV battery monitoring and safety, this concept combines artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) with a wireless charging system. The system consists of both hardware and software. A set of IoT enabled sensors strategically placed in the battery system capture and record current and historic temperature, voltage and charge values in real-time. The collected data is then processed by a software-based AI analyzer that is designed to detect anomalies including overheating, fluctuating voltage and abnormal charging patterns. With a view to avoid thermal damage and safety of user, there is an arrangement by which if the temperature of the battery exceeds a predetermined value, immediately real time alerts (via notifications) are provided to the user and the thermal ventilation system is activated to displace the excess heat to avoid overheating and any other dangerous conditions. Wireless charging module helps to transfer the energy smoothly without connecting any physical connector(s) with highly efficient and safe performance. Real-life benefits of wireless charging module can not only be the ease of use, but also to minimize the wear and tear on usual charging components, thus prolonging the life of batteries. It is also a smart idea (through both real-time monitoring, artificial intelligence predictive analysis, automation of safety protocols and wireless charging technology) that significantly boosts battery efficiency and reliability and ensures the safety of the user experience; a substantial leap forward towards sustainable and intelligent EV battery management; building an excellent foundation for the development of the next generation of smart electric mobility solutions.
