The chapter describes the possibility of the robot-assisted (RA) approach in the treatment of some benign and malignant diseases in gynecology. The authors find the place for such procedures in genital prolapse, deep-infiltrated endometriosis, and endometrial cancer. Based on more than 1000 robotic procedures made, we can conclude that RA surgery is better in not “ordinary” cases: fewer complications in colorectal and urogenital endometriosis treatment, better results in genital prolapse treatment, better surgeon’s condition during the RA surgery in obese patients with endometrial cancer. The technical aspects are described later.

The authors find the place for such procedures in genital prolapse, deep-infiltrated endometriosis, and endometrial cancer.
