Placental and Amniotic Fluid Anomalies
摘要
This chapter explores common anomalies of the placenta and amniotic fluid, focusing on their identification through ultrasound and implications for pregnancy outcomes. It addresses both structural abnormalities such as placenta previa, accreta spectrum disorders, and placental tumors, as well as functional concerns like oligo- and polyhydramnios. Diagnostic techniques and management approaches are discussed to ensure timely intervention and reduce maternal-fetal complications.
