Anemia and Infections
摘要
This chapter explores the diagnosis and management of fetal anemia, thrombocytopenia, hydrops fetalis, and in utero infections. Emphasis is placed on understanding diagnostic tools such as Doppler velocimetry, fetal blood sampling, and serology interpretation. Strategies for managing common infections, including Cytomegalovirus, toxoplasmosis, rubella, and varicella, are outlined alongside evidence-based prevention recommendations.
