In the rapidly evolving healthcare sector, the integration of robust, scalable, and efficient information systems is paramount. Oracle Application Express (APEX), a low-code development platform, offers a compelling solution for developing healthcare applications that require rapid deployment, high security, and seamless integration with existing Oracle databases. This paper explores the application of Oracle APEX in healthcare settings, highlighting its capabilities in facilitating the creation of responsive web applications tailored to the unique needs of healthcare organizations. Key features such as rapid application development, built-in security measures, and support for mobile-responsive designs are examined. Through case studies and practical implementations, we demonstrate how Oracle APEX can streamline processes such as patient data management, appointment scheduling, and electronic health record (EHR) integration. The findings suggest that leveraging Oracle APEX can lead to significant improvements in operational efficiency, data accuracy, and patient engagement within healthcare institutions.
