Systolic Anterior Motion
摘要
Nina Anzalone was a full Professor of Anesthesiology at the Mayo Clinic after only five years out of her residency. Her kindness, candor, and academic immersion made Chris do the hard sell. Nina was raised in New Orleans. Like most from NOLA, she wanted to go home. Recently, there were hints that there was something very wrong with a loss of her cognition. Her behavior resembled early-onset Alzheimer disease. She was forgetful and seemed to have a problem putting words together. She was frightened by the strong family history of early-onset Alzheimer’s. Nina took a leave of absence, and a brilliant neurologist found the pieces to the puzzle.
