Malignant Hyperthermia
摘要
The classic symptoms of MH include tachycardia, hyperthermia, muscle rigidity, a mixed metabolic, loss of cognitive function, and respiratory acidosis. The symptoms of MH are variable and at times are not treated quickly. The CPK and Aldolase are elevated on blood tests. The Muscle Contracture Test is essential for a diagnosis but is not readily available. Patients who have had MH but cannot afford testing, label themselves as having MH for the rest of their lives.
