Phase 2: Implementing Human-Centric AI Initiatives
摘要
Following the strategic planning, readiness assessment, and pilot design undertaken in Phase 1 (Chapters 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , and 10 ), this chapter delves into the core activities of Phase 2: Implementation and Piloting. This phase marks the transition from theoretical blueprints to tangible, real-world experimentation within the Higher Education Institution (HEI). It involves launching initial AI applications, often structured as Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) or prototypes, within controlled environments (Payne, 2025). This deliberate, iterative approach allows institutions to test feasibility, gather essential user feedback through mechanisms like Daily Feedback Logs, refine technical and ethical approaches based on practical experience, and validate alignment with institutional goals before committing to wider deployment (Behling & Law, 2020). This phase serves as a crucial bridge between strategy and operations, demanding agility, careful change management, and a commitment to learning from practice.
