The purpose of this research is to create a fuzzy logic-based model to estimate the cognitive load in real time using EEG-derived measurements of Thinking Ability and Emotional Resilience, as well as to investigate its impact on Working Memory. Cognitive load is an important component in determining mental performance and well-being, especially in tasks that require complex cognitive processing. The proposed model dynamically computes the cognitive load using EEG data, providing insights into the relationship between the cognitive load and working memory. Experimental validation reveals that the fuzzy logic model is good at capturing these linkages, making it a useful tool for cognitive testing.  The findings emphasize the ability of intelligent systems to personalize interventions to improve working memory and reduce cognitive overload.
