Investigating Factors That Influence Behavior Towards Adopting Smartwatches: An Empirical Analysis in the Context of the UAE Marketplace

The widespread use of Cyber-Physical Systems, Autonomous Technologies, and Sensor Networks has revolutionized the field of wearable technology, with smartwatches being a key part of interconnected networks. In an attempt to understand factors that impact behavior towards smartwatch adoption in the UAE marketplace, this study focuses its analysis on usability, perceived value, trust, real-time analysis of information, tracking of health, and AI-powered automation. This study explores the roles of smartwatches, their Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Social influence, Hedonic motivation, Habit, AI trust, AI risk, AI service quality smartwatch continuance intention between respondents The data of 356 respondents collected from artificial intelligence-featured smartwatch users from the UAE. The data was analyzed using Smart PLS 4 software.
