As human beings, we tend to believe that there is one “proper,” “objective” view of the environment. After all, to armchair philosophers, “a table is just a table”—this is a fact that no one can deny. We recognize it as a table by its four legs or by the table top and it is no accident that we all agree it is a table. If a person is unable to recognize a table, they either come from a country where there are no tables or they should make an appointment with an eye doctor or a psychiatrist.
