Human-Data Interaction in the Evaluation of Open Data Platforms: A Systematic Review of Frameworks and Methods
摘要
This systematic review examines research on Human-Data Interaction (HDI) concerning open data platforms. The study explores HDI definitions and challenges, methods for evaluating these platforms and complex data visualizations, and the requirements of users (including non-experts). The study followed a specific research plan, which involved searching digital databases and analyzing 25 selected studies chosen through a strict process. The results indicate a shortage of frameworks for evaluating open data platforms and point out interaction difficulties, such as problems in understanding data and the need for assistance for non-specialist users.
