A Review on Context-Awareness and Situation-Awareness Communication Aid System for People with Cerebral Palsy
摘要
Assistive technologies can play a crucial role in supporting social integration and promoting autonomy for individuals with disabilities, particularly those with communication impairments. This rapid review focuses on communication aids for people with cerebral palsy. It explores approaches from the literature that emphasize context-awareness and/or situation-awareness issues. From the analysis of 167 studies, the results show that 15 studies revealed that contextual adaptations based on place and topic appeared most frequently in the systems, while conversation history was the most frequent situational element followed by recurrent themes.
