Tricuspid valve has been a neglected valve for years. In particular, in case of moderate to severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR), traditional teaching that functional TR resolves on its own when the underlying cause is successfully treated has proven to be ineffective. In particular, medical therapy has proven to be ineffective in presence of TR. Actually, still most of patients are declined for surgery due to an unacceptable risk of morbidity and mortality. For this reason, in the latter years, new percutaneous solutions are emerging to offer a valid alternative to patients suffering for TR. In this chapter, we give an overview of the main new emerging techniques of percutaneous tricuspid valve repair.
