Esports has rapidly evolved into a global phenomenon, generating new demands for innovative and evidence-based training frameworks that integrate psycho-pedagogical principles with emerging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. This paper proposes a holistic approach to the education and development of esports athletes by combining human-centred learning theories with intelligent, adaptive training systems. Psychopedagogical models offer valuable insights into motivation, cognitive development, self-regulation, and inclusive learning processes, while AI-powered tools provide personalized feedback, real-time performance monitoring, and cognitive load adaptation. These two domains foster technical mastery and long-term personal growth in esports athletes. Drawing on recent interdisciplinary research and international case studies, the article highlights how AI-enhanced pedagogical strategies can improve engagement, optimize skill acquisition, and promote sustainable career pathways—including dual academic-athletic trajectories and support for players with disabilities. In order to ensure practical relevance, the paper concludes with a structured implementation framework designed for coaches, educators, and esports organizations. This practical schema guides designing, delivering, and evaluating AI-integrated training programs that align with psycho-pedagogical best practices. It aims to facilitate the development of inclusive, personalized, and ethically grounded learning environments within the dynamic context of competitive gaming.

摘要
