Investigation of Modulated Cardiac Apertures and Their Applications in Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope
摘要
We fabricated four models of cardiac apertures using MATLAB code. The first has equally spaced black-and-white (B/W) concentric cardiac zones. The second has a linearly distributed cardiac aperture. The third has a cardiac annulus surrounded by a linearly distributed shape. The fourth has an annular shape. We computed the corresponding point spread function (PSF) using a fast Fourier transform (FFT). We compared the PSF results with those corresponding to a transparent cardiac aperture. We apply these apertures on the confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) to reconstruct the microscopic images.
