The term ‘computer ethics’ was not coined until the 1970s, even though ethical concerns of the field can be traced back to earlier decades. In this chapter, a brief history of computer ethics and computer ethics education is provided. The chapter also consists of some of the critiques of traditional approaches to teaching ethics and recent developments in this area.

摘要

The term ‘computer ethics’ was not coined until the 1970s, even though ethical concerns of the field can be traced back to earlier decades.
