The chapter highlights the importance of Africa transitioning as a bloc and that with the French former colonies, three strategic actions are needed for the transition and effective decolonization. Strategic recalibration of financial sovereignty, decoupling from historical economic structures and leveraging diaspora to fully integrate into African Unity for Development under Agenda 20263.
