The article formulates the problem statement of an optimal heterogeneous coalition structure forming in a network-centric system at the form of a discrete multi-criteria optimization problem. A method of multicriteria lexicographic coalition-structural synthesis for a network-centric system has been developed. The main idea of the proposed method is to introduce priorities on a set of tasks to be solved and transform the initial problem into a sequence of p[roble ms for forming individual coalitions. A hypervector effectiveness criteria of the coalition structure has been formed, which includes vector effectiveness criteries of heterogeneous coalitions. Graph-theoretic metric of betweeness centrality and game-theoretic metric of centrality by Shapley vector are used to calculate the components of vector effectiveness criteria for a heterogeneous coalitions. Solving the problem of an optimal heterogeneous coalition structure forming makes it possible to implement an intelligent mechanism of self-organization in network-centric systems under situational uncertainty.
