This study analyzes the fuel distribution network of the Petroleum Products Distribution Company in Anbar Province using AnyLogistix. By evaluating five scenarios based on demand data from 98 fuel stations, the study aims to identify optimal locations for distribution centers (DCs). Key factors considered include daily station demand, transportation distances, and customer allocation. Results show that Scenario 2 (S2), which involves three strategically located DCs in high-demand areas, offers the most efficient and cost-effective solution. The findings underscore the value of simulation tools in supporting data-driven decisions for supply chain optimization.

摘要
