This study undertakes an investigation into the effect of Total Quality Management practices upon customer satisfaction in Jordan’s food production sector. Using quantitative data from 403 customers, analyzed through SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), it examines TQM as the independent variable affecting customer satisfaction, which is the dependent variable. The findings have shown a significant positive relationship between the implementation of TQM principles, focusing on quality assurance, continuous improvement, and customer focus, and the level of customer satisfaction. Results indicate that with TQM practices, organizations not only raise the quality of products and services but also enhance customers’ trust and loyalty. This study has underlined the importance of integrating the TQM framework in food production processes with emerging consumer demands and regulatory standards.
