As digital transformation advances, SMEs struggle to understand the factors influencing blockchain adoption. While blockchain offers secure, transparent, and decentralized data management, its integration remains challenging, necessitating research on adoption drivers. This study examines how traceability, information sharing, transparency, decentralization, and perceived trust influence SMEs’ adoption of blockchain technology. All proposed factors positively impact blockchain adoption in SMEs. Traceability, information sharing, and transparency boost confidence, decentralization enhances security, and perceived trust strengthens adoption willingness. The study provides insights for SMEs, policymakers, and industry leaders on blockchain adoption.
