We apply algebraic modelling techniques and the quantum-chemical apparatus for modelling and checking the problems of organic chemistry, particularly the modelling of chemical reactions. The article presents the first steps of the research, where we consider the approach to modelling complex biochemical processes as hybrid systems. The formalization and analysis of properties are considered using an insertion modelling platform.
