We present the Mathpar project. It is based on the MathPartner computer algebra system, which underlies the three areas of research. The first is freely available cloud mathematics MathPartner. The second is a supercomputer runtime that is designed for parallel recursive matrix algorithms for dense and sparse matrices. And the third area is a platform for e-learning in physical and mathematical disciplines, which allows you to abandon the use of paper notebooks and pens.
