This chapter explores, as a natural continuation of Chapter  6 , the practical application of transdisciplinary methodology across various branches of law: criminal, civil, constitutional, international, administrative and EU law. Relevant case studies are analysed, demonstrating how the interaction between law, social sciences, neuroscience, ecology and technology effectively redefines classical legal concepts such as criminal liability, consent, administrative authority and legal personality. From the integration of neuropsychology into jurisprudence, to consumer protection grounded in decision-making psychology, and up to the anticipation of climate risks in international law, an adaptive normative methodology takes shape.

摘要
