This chapter presents a fundamental reconstruction of legal epistemology, referring to the variety of confrontations—from AI to ecological crises—through a radical methodological opening: transdisciplinarity. Although it is seen as an auxiliary method, today’s reality makes it a condition for the scientific and normative relevance of law. Transdisciplinarity integrates multiple levels of reality and disciplines into a coherent and reflexive dialogue, which is not limited to the traditional boundaries of legal research. The reader is invited to enter a culture of complex thinking, where law meets cognitive sciences, technology, philosophy and ecology, metamorphosing from a system of rules into a living form of knowledge and transformation of the world.

摘要
