This study systematically reviews the integration of sustainable logistics (SL) and consumer service (CS) using the Antecedents, Decisions, and Outcomes (ADO) framework. Analyzing 79 peer-reviewed articles from 2007 to 2024, it identifies key factors influencing SL-CS integration and highlights research gaps. The review reveals that most studies originate from China, India, and the United States, with a focus on quantitative methodologies for optimizing transportation and balancing economic and environmental goals. Key antecedents include environmental concernsEnvironmental concerns and stakeholder pressure, while strategic decisions involve network design and transportation selection and adoption of multi-objective optimization models. Outcomes show improved reduced environmental impact and resilient and eco-friendly supply chains. This study proposes a conceptual model and emphasizes the need for future research on qualitative approaches, region-specific contexts, and long-term impacts of SL-CS integration.

摘要
