With increasing economic and political conflicts with western countries, with pressures on domestic economic policy, China needed to find supports to protect its political, social and economic system. Its ties with developing economies and what is now called Global South, are old and have been reactivated thanks to economic diplomacy for this purpose. These relations have taken on different dimensions and allow China to promote a new world order in which it can play an influential role.
