Over the past ten years, the pressing need to enhance digital competence and skills has prominently surfaced within the context of a digital society. The objective is to make certain that its critical insights can be enhanced to reform education administration management strategies related to strategic decision making. The integration of digital competence and skills can be achieved by obtaining a solid understanding combined with a commitment to practical stability. The goal of this paper is to explore the ways to strengthen the strategic equilibrium between digital competence and skills in an effort to foster a pathway that enhances safety strategies against strategic decision making. The systematic literature review was conducted based on the quantity of examined articles, which encompassed journals, books, proceedings, and chapters pertinent to the field. The result of finding indicates that enhancing digital competence and skills to improve the education administration management with the strategic decision making should involve broadening knowledge understanding, demonstrating practical abilities, and maintaining a commitment to ongoing development. This research aims to provide strategic value in enhancing knowledge development regarding digital competencies and skills to bolster safety strategies against strategic decision making. In addition, this paper may also be suggested to researchers, stakeholders, and practitioners within the cyber security domain.
