The increasing digitalization and complexity of daily demands have increased the need for technological solutions that optimize the organization of activities. In this context, artificial intelligence (AI) emerges as a promising tool for process automation and personalized support, contributing to the improvement of individual and collective productivity. This work presents the development of an AI-based activity management system, which combines literature review and development techniques to integrate large-scale language models. The system organizes tasks and offers intelligent suggestions to the user, aiming to reduce information overload, minimize action paralysis and increase user retention in productivity systems. The results obtained highlight the potential of AI in task management, emphasizing the need for continuous research and feedback to improve the proposed solutions.
