Through the provision of funding skill development and market accessibility the One District One Product (ODOP) program is an important effort to encourage localized entrepreneurship. To conduct the analysis, data with the help of quantitative survey has been collected from 290 respondents associated with various industries like agriculture, handicrafts and manufacturing. This research investigates how “Market Accessibility (MA), Entrepreneurial Motivation (EM), Market Links and Branding (MLB), Financial Support and Subsidies (FSS) and Skill Development Initiatives (SDI) affects Entrepreneurial Success (ES). The relationships between the constructs were assessed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the study shows that initiatives for skill and financial development have a major impact on market accessibility and entrepreneurial motivation. Furthermore market accessibility has a significant positive impact on the success of entrepreneurs whereas entrepreneurial motivation has little effect. According to demographic data there are more male entrepreneurs with four to six years of experience who work primarily in service-oriented industries. This study emphasizes on importance of focused interventions to improve Entrepreneurial Performance under ODOP by improving the training and market linkage support gaps.
