Technology is necessary for better guest experience because hotels are in high competitions for business. There are technological trends that have surfaced in the hotel industry in the last decade which has changed the face of hotel industry. The purpose of the study is to explore how technology-based innovations affect hotel guests’ satisfaction and improve loyalty. The methodology adopted for research is primary source and secondary source of data collection. The data was collected using questionnaire. The study results reveal that majority of people consider that it is very important to use technology as a key factor in enhancing hotel operations and that the technological implementations are generally well-received and contribute positively to guest experiences, likely due to factors such as increased convenience, efficiency, and personalized services. The respondents are of the opinion that the technology is crucial in maintaining and fostering the customer loyalty. Overall, the findings suggest that the hoteliers need to implement technological advancements to acquire and retain guests.
