The modern workplace is changing rapidly due to the fast growth of digital technologies, changing employee expectations, and changing leadership styles. Effective leadership has always been essential to job performance; more rigid, autocratic leadership styles can occasionally lower morale, while transformational and participatory leaders tend to inspire motivation and productivity. Quite Quitting, however, has become a new challenge. Concerns regarding engagement and general workplace performance have arisen as a result of employees’ unwillingness to go above and beyond without appropriate reward. Digitalization has brought about both challenges and efficiencies at the same time. Although technology simplifies processes, it can also lead to job insecurity and burnout. This study examines the ways in which digitalization, leadership styles, and quiet quitting affect job performance among employees in working in the private sector in Bahrain. It also assesses how important job satisfaction and employee engagement are in mediating these relationships. This study attempts to offer useful suggestions for businesses looking to improve productivity and create a healthy workplace culture by employing a quantitative research methodology.
