As Scrum, and agile, in general is widely used across software engineering companies and teams, we ask what is the negative impact of various pathological patterns that are affecting software product development using Scrum and hence may jeopardize software product delivery in various ways. We ask how exactly are the observed human-centric pathologies affecting product delivery. This is the question we would like to answer in this paper with the main focus on specific human pathological patterns in their relation to software product delivery while offering basic improvement steps using the catalogue of observed negative patterns.
