The effectiveness of the application of finishing and hardening treatment methods for calibrating holes of various shapes in special-purpose products remains an urgent task. These methods make it possible to obtain holes with high accuracy, as well as to form a surface layer with enhanced physical and mechanical characteristics. The SPD method is especially relevant when processing holes in parts made of materials with special properties that ensure the achievement of special operating conditions after being treated. The purpose of the research was to establish dependencies that allow to substantiate the strength and acoustic parameters of the hole calibration process under ultrasonic conditions.
