Locomotive Traction Process Control by Wheel Traction Surface Modification
摘要
The analysis of surfaces microrelief of analyzed samples with secondary structures formed by applying friction modifier is presented. The dynamic control of coatings adhesion bonds formation by metallizing material of friction modifier is presented. The analysis of surface layers structure when applying a friction modifier to tribological surfaces with different composition of the modifier is presented. Researches to analyze adhesive processes between the modifier material and the counter body have been conducted. Dissipative friction properties of wheel surface to rail in the presence of contacting metallizing material with application of tribospectral identification of tribological processes in one-third octave band frequency range are estimated.
