Influence of Phase Composition on the Mechanical Characteristics of Strength and Plasticity of Titanium Alloys Under Different Heat Treatment
摘要
The relationship between the micro state and mechanical characteristics of titanium alloys VT6 and PT-3V under various types of heat treatment has been studied. It has been shown that the phase composition of titanium alloys obtained after heat treatment plays a significant role in the formation of mechanical characteristics. β-annealing can change the state of alloys from globular to lamellar and reduce the plasticity characteristic by more than 2 times. An analysis of the relationship between the phase compositions of titanium alloys and changes in their mechanical characteristics was carried out. The distribution of phase stabilizers (aluminum and vanadium) among the structural components of the alloy micro state and their relationship with the phase composition has been studied.
