The Role of Sports in Navigating Life’s Disorder: A Psychoanalytic Perspective
摘要
Currently the spirit of competition is veritably high among children. Parents also put pressure on children to be the stylish in every field, due to which the position of academic stress is high among children. Currently children are brought up with great care by parents, and children spending too important time on social media take them down from real, social life, which affects the emotional intelligence of children. According to several inquiries done in the history, Sports promote a person’s overall health and give other benefits. Sports keep a person mentally healthy. Playing makes a person happy and reduces stress. Sports help a person manage stress. Exercise releases endorphins in the body which relieve a person from pain and stress. It also reduces the situations of hormones, stress & adrenaline. Studies have shown that 20 to 30 twinkles of exercise every day can make people feel calm. This calmness remains indeed several hours after exercise. The study will employ Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data, a robust statistical technique ideal for examining complex relationships among multiple variables simultaneously. SEM is well-suited for this research, as it allows for exploring both direct and indirect effects, along with interactions between gender, sports participation, academic stress, and emotional intelligence. Unlike traditional methods like ANOVA or correlation, SEM provides a deeper understanding of these interactions and handles latent constructs such as emotional intelligence and stress, which are measured using multiple indicators. This approach also accounts for measurement errors, improving result reliability. The analysis will use tools like AMOS or similar software (e.g., Stata) to test a theoretical model, evaluating gender’s moderating effects and the interplay between sports and emotional well-being.
