The Influence of Technology Utilization, Innovation Ambidexterity, and Government Support Moderated by Community on Business Resilience in Local Community MSMEs of Pontianak

This study analyzes the impact of local community involvement, technology utilization, innovation ambidexterity, and government support on the business resilience of MSMEs in Pontianak, Indonesia. Using a quantitative survey of 400 MSMEs the research finds that technology, innovation ambidexterity, and government support significantly enhance business resilience, with local community involvement strengthening these effects. The findings highlight the importance of increasing technology adoption, fostering innovation ambidexterity, and optimizing government support to boost MSME resilience, especially in the VUCA era and post-pandemic context. These insights offer practical recommendations for MSME owners and policymakers to improve business sustainability and crisis preparedness.
