In the face of growing environmental and social challenges, understanding what affects university students’ entrepreneurial intention is important. This study aims to examine the impact of four sustainability-related psychological factors (sustainability knowledge, social responsibility orientation, pro-environmental behavior, and opportunity recognition in sustainability) on entrepreneurial intentions of university students. The study employed a structured questionnaire distributed to university students in Albania. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, incorporating factor analysis, reliability testing, and simple regression analysis. The findings reveal that all four psychological factors positively influence students’ entrepreneurial intentions. Moreover, the study confirms the validity and applicability of the EIQ in the Albanian context, offering valuable insights for educators and policymakers aiming to foster sustainability-oriented entrepreneurship among youth.
