Spatula Trace Generation and Genetic Algorithms in Creating Images from Photographs
摘要
This work is devoted to the creation of a model that enables the generation of sophisticated yet computationally simple spatula movements that, together with genetic algorithms, are used to paint an image on canvas from an input photograph. Each step of both the preparation and evaluation of the input image is described as well as an analysis of the solutions developed over the years, which have been used as a basis in creating the featured approach. Finally, results for several different input images are also presented.
