CRIP sector is one of major sector contributing towards countries growth and development. However, in many scenario’s this sector is highly unorganised. The main aim of this research study is to establish a user-friendly connection between project data and BI tool for a visualisation and better decision-making process through multidimensional analysis of the project data. This research work mainly considers experiments and software programme development through macro. The product appears in terms of dashboard in front end and the macros in backend. The analysis and development are performed through applying project management to develop a macro-based model which indicates a novel and user-friendly way by which a project practitioner can easily setup a path for visualizing project data through power bi. The current practice of such connectivity is not a cost affordable. The user has to procure commercial connectors available in the market by paying high cost. This research study will help to show how successful, the construction project practitioners can utilize project data visualization using simple macro-based applications and it will also help to optimise the resources. The end user gains the value in term of easy connection between project data and visualization tool and established the bridge between data and visuals which converts the data into meaningful information for better decision-making process in the CRIP projects.

摘要
