Analysis of Honesty, Expertise, and Ease of Use on Health Apps in Order to Increasing User’s Trust

Digital developments in Indonesia also contribute to complex health problems for the community. Telemedicine is considered one of the solutions in terms of information, education, and initial health consultation. Evidence that the telemedicine business is growing with the presence of telemedicine platforms used by the community, and the number is increasing yearly. On the other hand, all digital-based services are inseparable from privacy issues, including digital health services. The user's need for telemedicine is simultaneously present in how the user disclose his privacy data through the application. Therefore, this study needs to examine the influence of user predictability, company reputation, and the risk of privacy disclosure. The results revealed that predictability is the most significant influence on patient confidence. Then followed by reputation and risk. This signifies that privacy issues only become patient preparedness. However, both the needs of patients and the company's reputation can contribute better if telemedicine companies also carry out privacy and security communications.
