In this chapter, I describe the process for this inquiry that allows me the certainty of a starting point for three psychogeographies, with specific objects given prime agency over the emplaced imagination. Each object commemorates a specific individual from the Romantic period, Anglo-Florentines who provide access to both the past and lost futures. Walks will be conducted each morning, opened up by the uncertainties of nomadic subjectivity and the hauntological. I will stop at intervals to take short notes and street sketches, mingled together in the same notebook. Longer text will be written each afternoon.

摘要

In this chapter, I describe the process for this inquiry that allows me the certainty of a starting point for three psychogeographies, with specific objects given prime agency over the emplaced imagination. Each object commemorates a specific individual from the Romantic period, Anglo-Florentines who provide access to both the past and lost futures. Walks will be conducted each morning, opened up by the uncertainties of nomadic subjectivity and the hauntological. I will stop at intervals to take short notes and street sketches, mingled together in the same notebook. Longer text will be written each afternoon.
