Discussion also identifies the mechanisms through which the models enable responsiveness in the organization, encourage employees’ engagement, and lead to innovation alongside tackling ethical and social issues. Practical tools like an AI Governance Decision Tree and implementation guidance are provided to assist organizations in attaining strategic adoption and overcoming organizational inertia and technological readiness issues.
