Leadership in the AI Age
摘要
This chapter provides a preview of the key role being played by senior management commitment to propelling AI take-up, aligning organizational capability, strategy, and culture and overcoming ethical, technical, and organizational barriers. It calls for developing new leadership competencies—data literacy, critical thinking, and ethical stewardship—so that one can lead AI-driven transformation and generate ethically responsible innovation. This chapter also proposes the necessity of robust human–AI collaboration in the form of co-workflows, experience-based learning, and responsible AI stewardship. This chapter applies models like TOE and diffusion of innovation to explore drivers and barriers of AI adoption and conquering resistance and technology issues.
