This chapter gives an extensive overview of current control and management techniques for Lantana camara, including mechanical, chemical, biological, and the important role of integrative methods. We describe the effectiveness, limitations, and recent developments in each method and ethical concerns that arise when trying to manage extensive invasion. Socioeconomic aspects of Lantana camara invasion are also covered, and we describe some use-based management strategies.
